Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

PSA, if you are a human you have a pelvic floor! This may be news to some of you. Whether you are a woman, man, or somewhere in between, I am here to tell you that you do not have to live with your symptoms. Pelvic floor therapy is for anyone who needs it, even children. It is also a great way to prepare for labor and delivery or improve recovery postpartum!

Examples of pelvic floor dysfunction include:
