Physical Therapy Online

I understand that some people do not have the finances or time to physically come in for an in-person visit. This digital bank is my solution to this issue. I will always recommend at least an initial evaluation in-person because it is the most effective way to identify the problem and solution. HOWEVER, if you are unable to come in, I will provide you with some common programs I would recommend for specific body parts.

You are welcome to select whichever program you believe is appropriate for you, however if you feel like you need some more guidance in selecting a specific body part I would be happy to set up a consultation to discuss which program may be most effective for you! Payment of $50 will cover digital program and must be made prior to consultation.

These programs will work best for people who are very disciplined and self-sufficient. Those unfamiliar with exercise or with complicated health histories should consider speaking with a healthcare professional.

Because these programs are generic, your recovery is not guaranteed and may take longer than traditional physical therapy but they should definitely help relieve your symptoms. If you do not notice any improvements, or notice a decline in your symptoms, following 4-8 weeks of this program I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO REACH OUT TO ME so we can determine if there is a better program for you.
