  • Standard Massage

    A standard massage is for clients aged 17 and older. The session lasts between 50 to 75 min. Every body is different so a flexible time frame for the session is utilized to account for each client's differing needs. Various massage strokes, stretching techniques, and positions are used to promote relaxation and relieve pain. A parent or guardian must be present for anyone under the age of 18.

  • Prenatal Massage

    Prenatal massage lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. Prenatal massage therapy focuses on the special needs of the expecting mom. Modified positioning, massage strokes, and focus on key areas promote relaxation and relief discomforts of a changing body. Certain pressure points may help with nausea early in pregnancy. Prenatal massage therapy may be performed starting in the second trimester, or during the third trimester with permission from your physician.

  • Headache and Migraine Massage

    This treatment lasts between 75 and 90 min. It focuses on those clients who suffer from frequent headaches or migraine headaches. A modified Swedish massage, coupled with reflexology and lymphatic drainage therapy used to reduce the frequency, intensity, and duration of headaches, It should be noted that this treatment is not a substitute for the evaluation and treatment by a physician. A 15 minute virtual evaluation will be scheduled prior to treatment at no additional cost.

  • Pediatric Massage

    For clients 4 aged through 16. The session lasts 30-60 min, depending on the needs and tolerance for the child. A parent or guardian must be present for the entire duration of the session.

  • Lymphatic Drainage

    This manual technique is designed to stimulate the flow of lymphatic fluid throughout the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system plays a crucial role in maintaining fluid balance, immune function, and waste removal within the body. This gentle technique will promote drainage of the lymphatic system. Upper body (lower abdomen to the head) or full body options available.

Meet John.

John is a licensed massage therapist and a registered nurse. He has been a massage therapist since 1994 and a registered nurse since 2004. He has a Masters Degree in Nursing Education and will soon have my Doctoral Degree in Nursing Leadership. He also has additional certifications as a Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist and a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist.

Meet our skilled therapist, Beatrix Strnad. A top graduate from ITM Massage School in Haskell in 2016, Beatrix’s passion is relieving neck and shoulder pain through techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, Himalayan Hot Stone Therapy, and Deep Tissue Massage. Previously working in a chiropractic practice, she has cultivated a deep understanding of spinal injuries. 

Known for her intuitive approach and strong professionalism, Beatrix tailors her therapies to meet her clients' individual needs, integrating various techniques like neuromuscular into her clinical and prenatal massages. She is dedicated to enhancing her clients' lifestyles.
