FAQs

Do I need a prescription to go to physical therapy?

New Jersey has direct access which means you are able to see a physical therapist without a prescription for 30 days. The only exception is Medicare patients are required to have a prescription; unfortunately, I do not accept Medicare patients (see below).

Do you take insurance?

I am currently in-network with Aetna and Cigna. I am considered an out-of-network provider with all other insurance companies. I can provide a detailed invoice (Superbill) which can be presented to your insurance company to go towards any OON benefits you have. This should be submitted to your insurance company with the claim form for your particular insurance plan.

Do you accept Medicare patients?

I am a non-participating provider with Medicare, therefore I am not legally allowed to accept self-pay clients for physical therapy services unless they are not covered by Medicare.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit card (through Jane), cash, Zelle, and Venmo!

Do I have to pay for my service when I book online?

No. I ask for a credit card on file in case I need to apply a late cancellation (within 48 hours) or No show fee. I will not collect payment until the time of your service and will apply any discounts at that time.

I purchased a package, how long do I have to use my sessions/classes?

All packages (group yoga, private yoga, and fitness coaching) expire after 1 year.

Where should I park?

If there is an open spot in the back beside the garage you can park there. There is also street parking on Maple Ave.
