Ready to make a change but not sure where to start? I am here to help. In addition to my Doctorate in Physical Therapy, I have. B.S in Exercise Science as well as a nutrition concentration. I can help design a safe and effective exercise program and provide guidance to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. Training support can be provided weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
